Rates and Insurance


Substance Abuse Assessment: $150.00/HR
Individual Therapy Session: $95-$160/HR
Outpatient Group Therapy: $200.00 (3 HRS)
BioPsychosocial Assessment: $175.00
Selfpay and sliding fee options are available.


Thrive Center For Wellness, does not provide disability letters, companion pet letters, or letters regarding your ability to work, or any letters that would inform providers of your mental health history. You must discuss these needs with your medical or primary care provider. If a letter is required attesting to the client’s needs the therapist will provide it for a fee of $25. Letters are only provided to clients who have been seen for 8 sessions or longer.


We accept the following insurances at this time: Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health and out-of-network benefits can be utilized.


We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due in full at time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of services requires a 24-hour notice. If you are unable to call at least 24 hours before your appointment or if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, Thrive Center for Wellness reserves the right to charge a fee of $75.00 for reimbursement. If you have an emergency prior to your appointment and cannot make it, please call Thrive Center for Wellness as soon as possible to speak with a member of your treatment team.
